Neutral Zone scouts have compiled our final WHL Draft Rankings which includes contributions from over 10 scouts across Western Canada and the United States. The list is not a draft projection, our staff focuses purely on the players on-ice ability.
Each player has been scouted live by at least two scouts on the staff and have scouting reports on their player profiles.
