Neutral Zone dispatched three scouts to the International Skating Center of Connecticut in Simsbury, CT where the New England region held their annual Select Camps for the top talents in the 2009, 2010 and 2011 birthyears. All told, our scouts saw games on Friday, Saturday and Sunday including all three All-Star Games and developed the following report which includes every player who advanced to the All-Star Games and on to National Camp as well as many of the other top performers.
