Neutral Zone scouts have compiled a cumulative draft ranking of the best 500 prospects from both the United States and Canada. These players were evaluated by local regional scouts and then overseen by scouting directors in their area and then also overseen by national level directors. Once an intial list was put together in early 2026 - the top scouting directors in the company made overlap and focused intently on playoffs, USA Nationals, Regional Camps, OHL Cup and lastly the OHL Combine to put this final list together and have a clear understanding of how the Canadiens and Americans compare . . .
