Neutral Zone scouts from across Quebec, Atlantic Canada as well as the United States have compiled the final rankings for the top 300 QMJHL Eligible Canadian prospects including both 2009 and 2010s.
"This a comprehensive draft list which required contributions from Western Canada (Maguire), United States from Michigan to New England, Quebec team and our Atlantic team," said Marlin Muyalert, Director of Canadian Scouting. "The draft class this year may lack elite level talent at this point but the second through fourth rounds are solid, especially up front and the goaltending group is deep as well."
