Neutral Zone scouts in New England region have finalized the QMJHL Draft Rankings for the best Americans who are eligible for the upcoming draft, both 2010's and undrafted 2009s. The midterm list was based solely on birth years but after those evaluations we followed up with playoffs, USA Hockey Nationals, US QMJHL Cup and both the New England and Massachusetts festivals to put the finishing touches on the list.
