Neutral Zone had multiple scouts attending the Minnesota HP Final 68 Festival in Plymouth, MN. All players participating in this event had already made it through multiple other HP weekends to get to this point and are all highly skilled players in their own right. Final selections for the National Camp held in NY later this Summer are determined at the completion of this Festival. The weekend showcased a high level of speed, tempo, playmaking and overall high compete throughout the weekend. Player ratings and comments are focused on notes taken based solely on this weekend.
