Neutral Zone scouts from across North America have come together after Hockey Canada U17 camps, USA Hockey Player Development Camps to comprise our final list of the top 300 prospects born in 2010 in North America. Scouting directors from across Canada and the United States worked together on this including our crossover scouts to ensure the highest degree of accuracy. The reports have been posted on RinkNet for all the NHL, NCAA, CHL, USHL and agencies in preparation for the August 1st NCAA commitment cycle.
