Comments: Maxim Masse RSF strong skater, quite agile for his size, great puck skills and patience and creativity in traffic, very good on the half boards in his own zone, power forward potential, plays a heavy two-way game, will need to continue to work on his foot speed and explosiveness to reach his full potential at the pro level, but is well on his way, Masse is type of player that can play up and down the lineup and fulfill any role or identity when called upon which will definitely translate well to the pro ranks. Possesses a fantastic accurate pro release, and great hands and puck skills in tight, as the potential to score a ton of goals by going to dirty areas of the ice every time out. If he gets continues to get a half step quicker look out, he could become a monster point getter and goal scorer at the pro level.

Comments: Christophe Berthelot LSF good edges and decent skater for his size, definitely has a second gear, saw bursts of that at times, needs to work on his explosiveness, solid puck skills, needs to refine that area of his skill set in traffic, processes the game well, needs to engage more and be more physical and finishes checks on the forecheck, there’s definitely a willingness there with the player to engage, if his skating improves he will get there and finish things off on the forecheck. Solid release, definitely has the potential to be a solid ‘North South’ power forward, here’s a young a player that’s only going to keep getting better and better with more experience and reps at the QMJHL. He’s only 21 games into his CHL career, he has tons of potential,

Comments: Jeremy Leroux RSF strong skating winger, plays a lot bigger than his size, great compete level, solid hockey IQ, processes the game very well, has great instincts and puck skills in traffic, distributes pucks very well, good accurate heavy release, could play up and down any lineup, brings tons of energy and skill every time he steps on the ice, will have to get a little stronger to reach his full potential at the next level, but definitely possesses all the attributes to be an extremely effective player at the Q level and beyond if he continues to trend in the similar trajectory, has the ability to play up and down the line up

Comments: Thomas Desruisseaux LSF: strong skater, good foot speed and agility, solid puck skills in traffic, responsible two-way presence, brings tons of energy and skill to center position, goes to the dirty areas of the ice and is comfortable to create time and space and offence for himself and his linemates, solid accurate release, very smart player great instincts for the game, has an extra gear of speed in open ice, needs to be more aggressive and physical in one on one battles, if he continues to get stronger that will definitely help his overall game, tons of potential.

Comments: Jacob Steinman LCG Steinman’s most complete and best outing of the season, he was challenging and aggressively telescoping, His overall game hasn’t changed very much from a season ago, I would like to see him get a little stronger which would definitely help his overall quickness and lateral mobility. He does have a tendency to drop his hands ever so slightly when in the butterfly, would like to see his hands further out from his body when cutting the angle.
