Assistant Director of US Scouting, Andrew Serpico, is originally from New Jersey, which is where he started his junior hockey career with the Jersey Hitmen of the EJHL as well as the Kanata Stallions of the CCHL. He continued on to play NCAA Division III for Nichols College and Manhattanville College. In his post-playing career, he started off as a Hockey Operations Associate with the New York Rangers, assisting the scouting staff. Following his time in New York, he moved to Nashville to work for the Nashville Predators, running their youth hockey programs along with community engagement. Now, Andrew puts all his past expertise to good use in scouting out the next generation of hockey players, using his knowledge of each level of play to help him discern the skill sets needed for success at each level.
