Zack Schipper has been with Neutral Zone Scouting since 2017 and has been a key piece of the Ontario Scouting operation, showing off his hockey knowledge that could only be acquired through his past work as a Scout with Uptown Hockey and as Head Scout of the Rayside Canadiens Jr. A of the NOJHL.
Now, Schipper serves as the General Manager of the St. CatherinsFalcons of the GOJHL.
