Neutral Zone had scouts at the Minnesota Girls High Performance Final 54 Festival. The top 54 players (08s & 09s) were selected from the Spring Festival to compete in the Final 54. From here, USA Hockey will select players to attend the USA Hockey Girls 16/17 Player Development Camp or the U18 Festival.
