The weekend of April 13th to the 15th Minnesota played host to the 16’s and 17’s High Performance Festival that was held at the Plymouth Ice Center in Plymouth, Minnesota. The festival hosted the top girls from all areas and sections of the state. Players were combined on section teams from across the state. The second phase of this festival was held the following weekend in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota and it consisted of the top 54 Minnesota players in the age group.
