From March 8th through the 10th, Neutral Zone was in Burlington, VT to scout the Junior Women’s Hockey League Playoffs. Scouts watched all the U16 and U19 action at Cairns arena and compiled the following report of the top performers. This report focuses on the U19 Division. Players are in no particular order beneath their respective letter grades.
