From November 24th-26th, Neutral Zone Scouted the Massachusetts State Tournament held in Marlborough, Ma at the New England Sports Center. All tier 1 teams were covered, this report features some of the top performers at the U19 level. The final game was between the East Coast Wizards and Boston Jr. Eagles, where the Jr. Eagles came out with the win. Players are in no particular order beneath their respective letter grades.
