Every season, Neutral Zone covers the Elite League in Minnesota to get an early look at the state’s talent before the High School season begins. The league also serves as a great chance to evaluate how teams and players, from other regions, stack up against the Minnesota players. The following is a report from our October coverage but the NIT scouting report will be released separately. Players are listed in no particular order beneath their respective letter grades.
