From February 21 through 24, Neutral Zone was in St. Paul, Minn. to scout the State Hockey Tournament. Eight Class A, and 8 Class AA teams made it to the event, which was held at the Xcel Energy Center. Scouts covered all games at Xcel, but none of the action at Ridder. Teams eliminated on the first day will likely have fewer top performers based on the single viewing Neutral Zone scouts had with the team.
