Neutral Zone had scouts in attendance at the ROC City Girls Fest hosted by Premier Ice Prospects. The players below played in the Tier 1 Division of the U14 Division that had 30 teams competing. The games were well played, and had elite prospects showcasing their talents. Below are players that stood out with grades in relation to others in the evaluations. We did not see every team the same amount of time thus the possible differences in evaluations per team.
