From April 3rd through the 8th, Neutral Zone was in Irvine, California for the Tier 1 Nationals. The facilities were pristine and the games were competitive. Scouts watched through the Championship games on Monday. The following is a report from the U16 Division. Players are in no particular order beneath their respective letter grades.
