The score of 5-1 doesn’t really show the game that was played. It was a tough, hard fought, and a lot of penalties game. The play went back and forth all game, and the Oilers just took advantage in the second period of penalties the Pontiacs shouldn’t have taken. The Pontiacs fought hard back, but nothing was going in on their chances thanks to the stellar play of the Oilers goalie.
