Jaedon is going to get noticed because of his size, but colleges and pro staffs will really start paying attention when the realize he moves well enough to defend with his hips low while having a nice active stick.
Scouting Reports
JP Turner
Second-year pee-wee was the first time I saw JP play and he’s been a fun player to watch develop. His energy is infectious, and his teammates have always looked to him as a leader. Even as a young kid it was obvious that players on both teams were drawn to him.

QMJHL: Blainville Armada vs Victoriaville Tigers
Below are the top 10 performers who stood out during the game:
Tanner Latsch
Neutral Zone NHL’s Ian Moran, April 2020: Big kid who moves well. Strong in the corners and in front of the net. Has a quick release that is very difficult for goalies to read. Excellent penalty killer…
QMJHL: Halifax Mooseheads at Acadie-Bathurst Titan 11/13/2020
This was a wide-open game in which both teams played a run-and-gun style. Bathurst fired 50 shots at the Mooseheads net before securing a 7-6 win in overtime.

Acadie-Bathurst Titan
Brennan Boynton
Neutral Zone NHL’s Ian Moran’s comments, November 2020: Brennan might be under sized, but he is quick and really agile. He’s got great balance, poise and I from what I’ve seen his game awareness is excellent.
Matty Beniers
Matthew processes the game situations very quickly. He notices when his opposition is caught in the middle of a long shift and will do what ever he can keep them pinned in their own end to create scoring opportunities or draw penalties. He understands angles and…
Kent Johnson
Kent’s poise makes him deadly on the power play and his anticipation makes him an excellent penalty killer. I honestly believe that with the full crew at Michigan he has a chance to lead the NCAA in scoring… even if it was a regular year.
QMJHL: Halifax Mooseheads at Acadie-Bathurst Titan
Halifax draft eligible players
Oscar Plandowski
Plandowski showed really good mobility and handled the puck very well in all three zones. He was very effective using the long stretch pass to create offensive opportunities for his teammates. In the first period alone, he…

QMJHL: Home and Home; Cape Breton at Halifax
Halifax and Cape Breton squared off for the second night in a row, with this one serving as the Mooseheads home opener. Both teams played with energy, but with young rosters each club made a number of mistakes that cost them on the scoreboard. Final score was 5-4 Eagles in OT.
QMJHL: Moncton Wildcats at Halifax Mooseheads
QMJHL: Moncton at Halifax
October 9, 2020 – This game ended in a 4-2 win for Moncton, but that score was not indicative of how the game played out, and was actually quite flattering for Halifax. The Wildcats outplayed the Mooseheads throughout the game, generated more scoring chances and dominated possession of the puck. Halifax had their moments, but overall it was an uninspiring effort by the home team
Kenny Connors
Defensively, I really like Kenny’s stick. He hides it well while backchecking and on more than one occasion forced grey are turnovers with a sweeping poke check from behind. He contains…
