Yegor (Egor) Kuimov

Egor is a big left-shot winger that stands 6’3’’ and 176 pounds. He played this past season for Avto Yekaterinburg in the MHL where he scored 13 points (seven goals) in 28 games. Long forward that plays the off-wing. Skilled with the puck on his stick and makes creative plays each time he possesses the puck. Skates well and has a smooth balanced stride. Gets up to speed quickly and plays a strong north south style. He has quick feet and a good first step to jump on loose pucks. He likes to play with pace through the neutral zone and attacks defenders on zone entries with speed. Puts defenders on their heels and uses his slick hands to break them down with pace. He sees the ice well and makes small areas plays to create scoring chances. Quick release on his shot and has the ability to smoothly catch and release pucks. Works hard in each zone and plays with a high motor and compete level. Not afraid to battle and stand in front of the net for position. Around the play and net consistently and has touch to finish rebounds in tight.
