Neutral Zone’s Ontario scouts have put together a mid-season top 300 list of the players from each of the major AAA leagues in Ontario. This list is based on early season league play and tournaments from September through early January. We will continue to refine this throughout the various league playoffs, into the OHL Cup in March 2018 and the up to the 2018 OHL Draft.
