Neutral Zone will be updating these lists regularly in the new year as we view players in their playoff stretch drives and year end tournaments. Scouting rankings so far have been based on viewings in league play, league prospect/all-star games, Major AAA tournaments (Toronto Titans, London Wendy Dufton, Rochester Beast Border Showcase, Windsor Border Battle, and the Whitby Silver Stick)
