Sunday, January 16, 2022 Neutral Zone scouted the U16 matchup between Pittsburgh Pens Elite and Long Island Gulls. This game was dominated from start to finish by LI Gulls in a 7-2 win. The Gulls opened up the scoring and flooded the score sheet in the 2nd period to put the game away early. Underaged forward Trevor Connelly '06 was the headliner here as he picked up an assist on the first goal and went onto score two goals in the 2nd period, one on a breakaway and the other with the gifted "Michigan" lacrosse style goal.
