NEUTRAL ZONE had three scouts in attendance at the Hockey Quebec 2022 High Performance Camp. The players contending for a spot on the 2023 Equipe Quebec entry into the Canada Winter Games would be evaluated at this camp. These 2007-birth players are also eligible for the 2023 QMJHL draft. This camp presents an excellent preview of the season ahead and some of the top players in the province of Quebec.
