Neutral Zone had two scouts covering the 39th Annual MacPherson Tournament at St Andrew's College January 27-29, 2023. It was an eclectic field of teams with St. Andrew's, Northwood, Edge School, Brunswick, BK Selects U18, Culver, Victory Honda U18 and an all star team called GOJHL U18. They beat Northwood in the Final 2-0 to clam the title.
The event was well run and the games were well played. Below are over 85 evaluations on 74 players. Some players will have two evaluations as both scouts wrote about those athletes. Grades are for this event only . . .
