Neutral Zone is pleased to announce our OHL Draft Midterm Rankings for Canadian prospects. This list is a culmination of our scouting staffs efforts from the Toronto Titans tournament in September until January 15th. The Ontario scouting staff is led by former OHL and Memorial Cup Champion Paul O'Hagan who is on his 10th season scouting the OHL Draft for Neutral Zone.
