Maros Jedlicka

Slovak forward that is listed at 6’1’’ and 185 pounds. He played this past year for HKM Zvolen in the Slovak League. He scored four points in 15 games. He also played five games for the Slovak National Team at the World Juniors. High compete player that has a big motor and never stops his feet from moving. He is first on pucks and takes good angles pressuring defenders. He is a bit gangly and will be able to fill-out and put on strength. He gets around the ice well and has a good first step to separate and get up-to-speed. He plays physical and battles. Likes separating defenders from the puck. Slick stick that steals pucks and can also pull pucks by defenders. Plays with pace through the middle of the ice and is direct. Drives the puck wide and looks for teammates crashing the net. Snaps pucks on net and doesn’t try and make fancy plays. Gets to the front of the net and battles for rebounds. Some touch around the net to finesse pucks past the goalie.
