Neutral Zone’s Paul O’Hagan says: Although he is not big, Logan is very strong in the corners and in front of the net. He does not initiate physical contact to create turnovers rather taking smart angles and using his strong hands to win puck battles. After taking possession of the puck Logan plays with his head up and has the vision to be a high level play maker. Our main area for concern as a top level NHL prospect is his speed. We know he will develop and get stronger, but we are still watching and trying to figure out if that added strength will transition to a more powerful stride.

Declan is an incredibly interesting prospect. In the 2003 age group he is as strong as a bull. Actually, in any age group he’s a bull, but when you consider he’s falls into the 2022 NHL Draft class then you realize that he had a pretty special year for Thayer in 2019-20.

The impressive part about Mullahy’s game is his skating ability as he can act as a third defenseman in many cases for his defenseman as he was very quick and agile to all pucks near him and wasn’t hesitant to make a play or outlet.

In my opinion Jack’s ability to process the game quickly, his dynamic skating and that move the puck first attitude are going to make him a valuable top 4 NHL guy once he’s done filling out.

Second-year pee-wee was the first time I saw JP play and he’s been a fun player to watch develop. His energy is infectious, and his teammates have always looked to him as a leader. Even as a young kid it was obvious that players on both teams were drawn to him.

Man has Tyler grown on me. He started the season with a “C” grade, but quickly emerged as a player who I felt NHL teams would love to have around and currently sits as “B+’ grade and I hate even saying that because he’s a player who could have moved higher if the season wasn’t canceled.
It’s tough to think a goalie had a good night when he gave up 6 goals, but Simon battled and was ready to play from the moment the puck was dropped facing 25 shots in the first period and….
There’s a lot to really like about Tyson’s game and how smoothly he will adapt to professional hockey. He’s a shooter and he knows it. He knows he’s got a missile and he thinks he can score from anywhere. I love that mentality. I don’t think he’s a kid that will ever get confused and think he’s a dancer.
A portion of this report was originally released in October 2019, but Neutral Zone felt we would be able to give you a better look at John’s value by being able to see the years of evaluations that went towards thinking he was a smart draft pick by Phoenix at #76.
Michael is a long shot to be drafted this year, but there is little doubt that his skating and intelligence will keep the attention of NHL teams as a prospect for 2021 draft.
