Berwick Holt

The Berwick hockey program has a rich history, starting with coaching names like Pop Whalen, Bill Beaney, Charlie Holt, and Andy Lathrop. Berwick Hockey has had a longstanding relationship with the Seacoast Spartans. Dozens of Spartans have moved on to Berwick over the years, including fourteen players on the 2019-20 squad. Berwick is independent from any conference affiliation, allowing for a variety of prep opponents. The schedule, coupled with an emphasis on deliberate daily practice, has led to many Bulldogs going on to play at the collegiate level. In the last decade alone, Berwick hockey players have continued to thrive at colleges such as UNH, Army, Middlebury, UNE, and even the NHL. Recently, Berwick began offering a family-style residential program for boys in grades 9-12. Berwick provides bus services to-and-from Haverhill, MA, Portland, ME, and Wolfeboro, NH.
