NMH Independent
NMH competes in the New England Prep School Ice Hockey Association, playing roughly 35 games each year. The schedule includes two elite tournaments: the Mutch Cup St. Sebastian's Tournament (Needham, MA) and the Josh Weeks Tournament hosted by Tabor Academy (Marion, MA). At NMH, ice hockey's demanding schedule plays a huge part in player development and practices are focused on developing the skills players will need in order to succeed at the highest level. NMH has experienced great team success in recent years with qualifying for New England Playoffs.
Jake Bennett is in his 3rd year at the helm of NMH Hockey. 6 years before that Coach Bennett was the Associate Head Coach at Kent School, helping the Lions to 2 NEPSAC Championships. He also scouts for the Sioux Falls Stampede of the USHL and Blackfalds Bulldogs of the BCHL.
