NMH Independent
NMH competes in the New England Prep School Ice Hockey Association, playing over 30'games each year. The schedule includes two elite tournaments: the St. Andrew's College Fall Invitational (Aurora, ON) and the Mutch Cup St. Sebastian's Tournament (Needham, MA). At NMH, ice hockey's demanding schedule plays a huge part in player development and practices are focused on developing the skills players will need in order to succeed at the highest level. NMH has experienced great team success in recent years with qualifying for New England Playoffs four times in recent years including an Elite 8 Championship appearance .
Jake Bennett is in his 2nd year at the helm of NMH Hockey. For the last 6 years Coach Bennett was the Associate Head Coach at Kent School, helping the Lions to 2 NEPSAC Championships. He also scouts for the Waterloo Blackhawks of the USHL and Blackfalds Bulldogs of the BCHL.
