Three Year OHL Player and Former Pro
Brady Blain played three years with the Windsor Spitfires of the OHL before continuing his hockey career at the University of Western Ontario, where he won the Queen’s Cup (OUA Championship) in 1995. In 1997, he was honored with the Loyalty and Commitment to a Team Award as part of the varsity hockey team. After university, he played professionally for three years in the U.S. and Europe from 1997 to 2000. Brady has also been recognized with the Alliance Hockey Coach of the Year Award. He currently scouts for the Stratford Warriors and joined Neutral Zone as a scout in 2023. Outside of hockey, Brady is a math teacher living in Stratford, Ontario, and he coaches the Kitchener Jr. Rangers U18 AAA team.
