Quebec Regional Scout
Marco Lavigne has been scouting for Neutral Zone since 2021, focusing primarily on U18 AAA players in Quebec and the Atlantic provinces, particularly those eligible for the QMJHL Draft. With over 30 years of experience coaching minor hockey in Quebec, he has worked with players at all levels, from initiation to AAA, including Spring and Summer Elite programs. His final year of coaching was during the challenging COVID season, where his team won the prestigious International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament in Quebec City just three weeks before the shutdown.
Originally from Quebec City, Marco has been married to Yannique and has lived on the North Shore of Montreal for nearly 30 years. He is a proud father of four. In addition to his hockey career, Marco has been a pharmaceutical executive in Canada for more than 25 years. For the 2024-25 season, he will be scouting U18 AAA and QMJHL prospects, mainly focusing on the Greater Montreal Area.
