Nick Earle began his hockey career with the Guelph Storm in the OHL, where he served as a Hockey Operations Intern during the 2015/16 and 2016/17 seasons, tracking time on ice and developing key performance metrics. In the 2017/18 season, Earle transitioned to the role of Video Coaching Assistant, where he was responsible for cutting and organizing game film, pre-scouting opponents, and tracking important metrics. Earle joined Neutral Zone in 2022, where he served as the Alberta Regional Scout for the 2022/23 season. His role expanded in the 2023/24 season to include responsibilities as the WHL Eastern Conference Scout while also working full-time for the company in Operations. For the 2024/25 season, he was promoted to Director of Hockey Operations while continuing his duties as Alberta Regional Scout. Academically, Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph (2018) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law (2021). He is a licensed member of the Law Society of Ontario, having obtained his certification in 2022. Beyond his professional and academic achievements, Nick was a three-year member of the Guelph Gryphons Varsity Track and Field Team (USport) and earned the distinction of Academic All-Canadian during the 2015/16 and 2016/17 seasons.
