Nick Meiers joins the Neutral Zone Central US team with over 40 years of experience in hockey, having grown up playing in Bismarck, North Dakota. In 1994, he was the second-leading goal scorer in the state and was subsequently drafted into the USHL. After two seasons, he attended Bemidji State University, where he became an NCAA Division II National Champion (1997) and earned Academic All-NCHA honors (1998). Over the past decade, Meiers has been coaching squirts through bantams in the Chicago area with club programs (Jets, Flyers), CCM Selects (200×85), and Fly-Town Hockey Skills. Meiers is a CEP Level 4 coach with a Master’s Degree in Teaching.
