Ryan Hardy Creates “The Experience,” a Bantam Major Camp

Former US NTDP Director of Player Personnel and current Bruins scout Ryan Hardy has created The Experience, a week-long development camp for Bantam Major players. The camp will feature practices, mini games, seminars, breakout sessions and on-ice development sessions, while the staff will consist of coaches, scouts, executives, and players who have NHL experience.

“I’m very fortunate to have been able to build relationships with all of these incredibly smart, passionate, and talented hockey people who have worked with some of the greatest players in the world throughout their careers,” Hardy said. “When I thought about what kids were doing in the summer, I felt there had to be a better way.  With that, The Experience was born.”

Players must apply to be accepted to the camp, which will take place from July 1 to July 6 in Pittsburgh, Penn.

“This event is about bringing talented players who love the game together with some of the brightest minds in the game and dedicating a week to giving those players the tools to accelerate their development.  It’s also about giving them honest feedback to help navigate what will be an exciting, but sometimes stressful, next few years in their hockey lives.”
