U18: 5 Nation Tournament, November 8-14, 2022: Arvid had a very good performance in his viewings at this tournament. He is undersized for a defenseman at 5’11 and 160 pounds and would certainly benefit with some additional height and weight. That said he is a defender with very quick feet, an excellent skater forwards, backwards or on transition. He is well positioned in his own end of the ice with good gap and box out positioning and quick into battles. He is crafty and shows good game intelligence. He reads the fore check well and uses deft puck touches to get the puck to the right team mates. On the offensive side he can move across the blueline with speed, manipulate his shifts to get quick shots through, and will penetrate off the blueline if he can be a support person for a teammate. Defending attacks he plays with tight gap and has the quickness to anticipate and break up plays. (Scout: Marlin Muylaer)

U18: Team Sweden vs Team Finland, November 10, 2022 (B+) and Team Sweden vs Team Czechia, November 11, 2022 (B): He has great mobility, side to side and great angling closing speed. Best skating defenseman I noticed all tournament of the 4 Euro teams. Well balanced especially skating backwards. Pivots very well either side. Made excellent decisions with the puck. Head is generally up with good awareness. Unsure of grit level. (Scout: Greg Puhalski)
