In 30 games with the NTDP U18 (1-3-4, 42 PIMs, +3), his statistical profile reflects his role of heavy defensive usage (16:37 TOI, 2:04 PK, limited PP time) with primary value coming from physical engagement and defensive positioning rather than puck movement or offensive creation. His strengths are consistent: he competes hard, plays with an edge (1.79 hits/game, 59% puck battle win rate), and shows good anticipation and awareness in his own zone, using body positioning and timing to close plays and disrupt entries. He can execute simple, low-risk plays (88% pass completion), and he is active defensively (7 takeaways/game), as he shows good reads and stick detail. However, the limitations are significant and largely unchanged.
