Comments: Spending all his time last season in the NAHL except for one lone appearance for Waterloo, Crudale would get an opportunity starting at the other end of the ice for Dubuque. Playing an aggressive, powerful, and athletic style while still maintaining a fundamental base creates a fun to watch performance in the crease. While fun to watch his almost sporadic movements require elite play reading abilities while gaining depth or making movements otherwise, he finds himself outside of his crease, or off angles. Tracking pucks seemed to be hit or miss especially in traffic resulting in the two goals against. Starting the year with a solid performance and will be interesting to see if the Fighting saints net minder can create consistent play moving forward.

Comments: The right-handed catching 2006 birth year plays a calm game setting his feet early which puts him in good positions for success. His movement is capable but his weight shifting away from center on movements early causes some hinderances widening him out and reducing power, something to watch for moving forward. Scanning frequently allows him to identify threats outside of the puck carrier and maintain his feet during movement which gives him his calm appearance providing him with more success. An experienced junior hockey goaltender looking to settle into his first year in the USHL. Suffering the loss to Dubuque and has some positives to build on, as well as some things to clean up moving forward.
