Missura demonstrated a well-rounded skill set, with solid puck skills, physicality, and conservative transitional game. He showed decent gap control and positioning in defensive transition, although occasional passivity was noted. In the defensive zone, Missura displayed good instincts through stick lifts, boxouts, and risk mitigation.

Carson Woodall (#24) opened the scoring just two minutes into the game, triggering the annual teddy bear toss in Windsor. Guelph pushed back briefly, but Windsor ultimately controlled the play for most of the night. Backstopped by 25 saves from goaltender Michael Newlove (#30), the Spitfires skated to a convincing 4-1 victory.
A tightly contested matchup stayed locked at 1-1 through two periods before the Sioux City Musketeers erupted for four unanswered goals in the third, powering their way to a decisive 5-1 victory over the Fargo Force. Trey Jeffries (#10) delivered a standout performance, leading the surge with two goals and an assist. His scoring touch and playmaking sparked the Musketeers’ late-game explosion and secured the win on the road.
Ottawa and Owen Sound battled to a close game, with momentum shifting back and forth at different points in the game. Owen Sound took the lead halfway through the game and managed to hold on for the win despite significant Ottawa pressure in the third period. Strong goaltending by Carter George helped to secure the win for Owen Sound.
This was a feisty affair, as both teams combined for 102 minutes in penalties which involved several skirmishes, with the Rockets coming out on top with a tight 2-1 victory over the Portland Winterhawks. Tomas Poletin got the Rockets on the board in the first on a power play, scoring on a hard wrister from the top of the circle. Defenceman Mazden Leslie scored a beauty, and game winner, in his 300 WHL game. Goaltender Harrison Boettiger was very good again in the net for the Rockets making 30 saves for the win.

The Everett Silvertips continued their winning ways away from home, beating the Kelowna Rockets 6-3, for their 13th straight win on the road. They broke open what was a tight game with three unanswered goals in the second period. Carter Bear led the way with two goals including a shorthanded breakaway, while Jaxsin Vaughan, Rylan Gould, Zackary Shantz, and Landon Dupont had singles. Anders Miller made 23 saves for the win.
The Penticton Vees scored three times in the first period, and didn’t look back, cruising to an 8-0 victory over the visiting Tri-City Americans. Ryden Evers and Doogan Pederson led the way with two goals each, while Ethan Weber, Matteo Danis, Tristan Petersen and Brady Birnie chipped in with three points apiece. Ethan McCallum was steady in the net in his first start with the Vees posting the shut out stopping 18 shots.
Power plays brought goals; both teams’ goaltenders struggled a little bit. Power plays looked good, but Seattle controlled the pace. They had more pressure, more chances, and more grade A chances. Victoria could not stop the Seattle offence and power play.
Ryder Fetterolf set his feet well before shots and skates to his spot efficiently. He was patient on shots and read release and tracked pucks well. His glove hand looked good although there were a couple of shots that popped out of his glove hand, you can tell he is active and capable at catching pucks and controlling shots.
The visiting Edmonton Oil Kings nine game winning streak ended on this night as the hometown Kelowna Rockets defeated them 5-2 (two empty net goals). This was a true goaltenders battle, as two highly regarded netminders went head to head. On this night, the Rocket’s Harrison Boettiger got the win over Parker Snell, but they were both excellent. Hayden Paupanekis, Kalder Varga and Shane Smith, with what proved to be the winner on the powerplay scored for the Rockets. Mazden Leslie and Hiroki Gojsic scored empty netters.
This tightly contested game needed overtime and a shootout to decide a winner, and it was the Wildcats who ultimately prevailed. Steady goaltending and a few clutch individual efforts in the shootout proved to be the difference.
Great pace to this game, not a lot of whistles. Good physicality out of both teams, Calgary had more chances and grade A’s, but the game was decently even overall and very back and forth with limited shots to start. As the game went on, the chances picked up with fatigue. Med hat allowed a late power play goal to send it to overtime, and the Ruck brothers connected on a delayed penalty to win.
Grayson Burzynski is an offensive defenseman who reads plays well and consistently attacks with his forwards. Both of his goals tonight came from sneaking backdoor as his forwards rolled high, burying rebounds that popped out to him. His breakouts were crisp and simple-finding teammates early before joining the rush
This high scoring matchup featured goals from all over the lineup and true back and forth action all night. Goals came in every situation from shorthanded, on the power play, and at even strength. In the end, it was the Blazers who edged out the Americans in overtime.
Strong team defense and standout goaltending defined this 1–0 game tonight. Both sides were disciplined and organized in their own end, and that carried over to special teams, despite seven total power plays, neither team was able to convert. The lone goal came back in the first period, and from that point on, it was a full game commitment to structure and defensive detail that kept the score from moving.
The Saginaw Spirit visited the Flint Firebirds for a high-energy matchup that turned into a back-and-forth offensive showcase. Flint’s attack was firing on all cylinders, led by a standout four-point performance from #76 Nathan Aspinall. Adding to the surge, #10 Jimmy Lombardi buried two goals of his own, helping propel the Firebirds to a thrilling 5-4 victory on home ice.
Despite the high score, this game did not see a decisive goal until late in the third period. The Thunderbirds completed an impressive comeback after trailing by three midway through the second, rattling off four unanswered goals to regain control. Capitalizing on several sloppy sequences from the Broncos, they ultimately secured a hard earned victory.
Peterborough travelled to Barrie and the two teams played an up and down the ice game with lots of shots on net in both directions. The goaltending was excellent on both sides keeping it a 2-1 game for Barrie until the last minute of the game when Barrie added an empty-netter. Barrie had 8 powerplays in the game and was able to score on one of them.
The hometown Kelowna Rockets peppered Spokane with 45 shots enroute to a 7-1 victory. They broke the game wide open scoring five times in the second period with Hiroki Gojsic, Tij Iginla and Jacob Henderson leading the way all with three points. Goaltender Harrison Boettiger got the win on a fairly quiet night where he faced 22 shots.

From puck drop, the game was wide open, with both teams trading goals throughout. The intensity kept building until the game ended in a rare 6-6 tie after regulation, necessitating a shootout to determine the winner. Green Bay ultimately emerged victorious, securing the win with a 7-6 final score. Cedar Rapids’ Jason Musa (#10) delivered an impressive performance, netting a hat-trick in the contest.
